There is a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center available in Alanson to assist with claims regarding recent damage from Mother Nature.

Two great events in one!

On Friday, come to the Community Open House from 6-8pm and then stay to watch Moana with us at dusk!

Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, pillows and snacks to enjoy while you watch the movie. And then come back every week for a different movie!

Last night our department had Dry Hydrant Training at the Biological Station in Pellston. They were very accommodating and assisted us throughout the training. Training with local resources keeps skills sharp in the event of an emergency and helps us familiarize with the members of our community.

Homeowners and renters impacted by April's severe weather and flooding in designated counties can now apply for FEMA disaster assistance. Temporary housing, home repairs and other eligible disaster-related expenses may be available.

We are hosting an amazing free event for all First Responders, regardless of agency: Fire, EMS, Law, Dispatch...

Please come out and bring your family for this evening of leaning how to cope with the work load that comes with the job. Spouses and children will learn how best to support their responder in times of high stress.

CEUs are available for Fire and EMS. We hope to see you all there!
