There’s a lot Theresa is looking forward to during her first year at Children’s Harbor. Getting to know our kids and young adults. Spending time with the Harbor Team. Judging the annual Chili Cook Off. And yes, finding out who has the best snack drawer. 😂

But more than anything, she’s ready to get to know Children’s Harbor from the inside out. The people, the programs, the traditions and all the little things that make this place what it is.

This transition is about more than a change in leadership. It marks a new chapter for the entire Children’s Harbor community. Our team, the young people we serve, our Harbor Keepers, and the many people who believe in this mission have all helped build what Children’s Harbor is today.

From the moment Tiffani signed her resignation letter, she knew who she hoped would be the next President & CEO of Children’s Harbor.

After nine years leading this organization, Tiffani knew exactly what this role would require. She knew what our kids deserved. She knew what our team deserved. And she knew the kind of leader she wanted to leave them with.

Someone who understood the work, certainly.
