And just like that, 10 years have passed. It feels like the blink of an eye while also feeling like forever (in a good way). Many more memories are left to be made. More stories of our lives are in the process of being written. Happy Anniversary to us!

Epidural back injections yesterday. Hoping this works for a while. Next option is surgery and I'm not too jazzed about spinal fusion.

Tree is up (down?) and the lights are on the porch. Maria is excited to see HO HO! (Santa) I'm excited to have all the kids at the house again for Christmas :)

Day 2 of "Brace yoself" The surgeon prefers to wait as long as we can for surgery. I'm going to keep doing PT, learn how to ask for help around the house more, wear my brace and make the changes I need to make. Posting that here should keep me accountable, right?
