☀️🔥 With rising temperatures across our area, it’s important to take extra precautions to keep yourself and your family safe. Stay hydrated, limit outdoor activity during the hottest parts of the day, and never leave children or pets in vehicles.

Hot, dry conditions can also increase the risk of fires — use caution with grills, equipment, and open flames.

Stay cool, stay alert, and stay safe this summer!

Nothing beats hands-on training at fire school. 🔥We are proud of everyone continuing to learn, train, and grow together.

We even had a few get some hands-on practice checking for a pulse on a baby.

Do you know the best place to find a pulse on an infant? 👶
(Hint: it’s called the brachial pulse!)
