SMS is moving to another format for athletics, Final Forms. If your student plans on doing a sport through SMS then go onto our website, under athletics and fill out the form. This will need to be completed by the fist practice of the sport they are doing. Any questions, please call the SMS Office. We will be back July 27th. Enjoy your Summer!
