Core Goal - At least 90% of Students Pass Language Arts/English & Mathematics on ISTEP+

owledge of right and wrong and an appraisal of the situation, but also discernment of what principles to bring to bear and what they conclude. It also requires the fortitude to do what ought to be done, no matter how difficult it is. Students First - Our thoughts and actions should always be focused on answering the question, "How will my decision or action impact the student?" We will put students first in our priorities and our decision-making. Serve Others - Servant-leadership encourages collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and the ethical use of power and empowerment. We will continue to be an organization known for our "servant spirit." Stewardship - We believe that we are accountable for all that has been entrusted to us - our time, talents, relationships, and the district's financial resources. We will continue to accept the responsibility of making the best use of the District's resources.
