I am excited to share some news with you—I have decided to run for the Penfield Town Board after serving on the Penfield Planning Board for a very productive 26 years. It has been an honor to contribute to the growth and development of our community, and now I am eager to take the next step and continue providing stable and responsible leadership in Penfield town government.
Throughout my years of experience on the Planning Board, I have gained valuable insights into the needs and aspirations of our community. I have witnessed firsthand the importance of thoughtful decision-making, proactive planning, and collaborative efforts. I am deeply committed to ensuring that Penfield remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
However, I cannot achieve this vision alone. I am reaching out to my friends and family, because your support means the world to me. With your backing, I am confident that together, we can continue to make a positive impact on Penfield's future.
In my campaign for the Town Board, I am focused on several key areas that I believe will contribute to the well-being and progress of our town:
Public Safety: I am committed to keeping Penfield the friendly, safe place I have known for 32 years and where Diana and I raised our family.
Fiscal Responsibility: I will work diligently to ensure that our town's financial resources are managed prudently, with careful consideration given to our taxpayers' interests.
Sustainable Growth: I am dedicated to supporting responsible and sustainable development that preserves our natural resources, protects our environment, and enhances the quality of life for all residents.
Strong Community Engagement: I believe in fostering an inclusive and engaged community by promoting transparency, open communication, and actively seeking input from our residents. Together, we can shape the future of Penfield.
Infrastructure and Services: I recognize the importance of maintaining and improving our town's infrastructure, including roads, parks, and public services, to meet the evolving needs of our community.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Building effective relationships with other local agencies, organizations, and stakeholders is crucial for addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions for the benefit of our town.
