We're kicking the sunny season off this next week with all kinds of neat, free programs!🌞

This Sunday, acoustic trio Mystic Sisters will treat us to a fun, easy listening performance with intricate harmonies. On Monday, join local author Patricia Nugent for an exploration of the unbreakable human-canine bond and what dogs teach us about life and loss.

Throughout the week, we'll also taste the sweetness of poetry paired with a light dessert at Sweet Bites, begin learning and laying the foundation for estate planning, launch into a thoughtful memoir-writing workshop to help us grow as readers and writers, and dig into the growing conditions and ongoing care needed to produce home-grown herbs.🌱

Just another week to go for the Community Diaper Drive; we've had such a generous response from our community and we can't thank you enough! This is just a single load of what has been collected throughout the month so far.πŸ₯°

In case you missed the details the first time around, a number of libraries (including PPL) are drop-off sites to supply several local organizations with diaper donations to distribute to community members in need.

If you are able to help, you can place diaper donations (open boxes are okay, by the way) in the box just inside PPL's interior entrance until the end of April. All sizes are welcome, but 4, 5, and 6 are especially needed.

You can also drop donations off at Seymour Library, Chili Public Library, Newman Riga Library, Levantine's Cafe, Northwest Family YMCA, Parma Public Library, Scottsville Free Library, and Splatters Studio.

Donations will be distributed to the Crisis Nursery of Greater Rochester, Willow Domestic Violence Center, and local refugee agencies.

These will make a difference, so thank you, thank you, thank you!
