Update 1:43pm: Services continue to be intermittent during the afternoon, but seem to mostly be operational. We will try to do what we can!

8/17/2026 8:03am: DMV's around the state are experiencing issues this morning processing registration transactions and license transactions requiring a picture. Our office is one of those affected. We will advise when services are restored.

Update: System appears to be back up and working as of 2:58pm. We are open until 4pm.

As of 1:04pm Friday : Our computer systems are having issues at the moment. We are unable to process registration transactions at this time or scan any license packages for upgrade. Standard license renewals are still able to be processed at this point. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Reminder that in-office permit tests are conducted by appointment only in our office due to having only one testing station. Please call (315) 536-5122, leave a message with a cashier to schedule, and we will get back to you ASAP in order of message received.

Juneteenth - Friday 6/19/2026: DMV will be closed to the public. County Clerk will be open with limited hours of 8:30am-Noon. Both offices will resume normal business hours Monday 6/22/2026.
