Penns Grove Carneys Point Public Library This is the Penns Grove - Carneys Point Public Libray. We have been proudly serving the commuinty since 1929.

The Penns Grove/Carney's Point Library is a non-profit organization funded by fees, fund raising events, individual donations and donations from the Borough of Penns Grove, Carneys Point Township and Oldmans Township. The staff of the Penns Grove Carney's Point Library welcomes all of you to participate in the use of our library. We will gladly assist you with any requests or needs. Membership:

esidents of Penns Grove, Carney's Point, or Pedricktown. Adult - $15.00 annually
College Age Student - $5.00 annually
Student - $3.00 annually
Minimum age - 4 years


Non-Residents


Adult - $20.00 annually
Student - $5.00 annually
