The Community Planning & Advocacy Council

The Community Planning & Advocacy Council Creating Community Solutions is our tagline. Advocacy is our middle name.

CPAC ‘creates community solutions’ in greater Camden County by lifting the community voice in planning, advocacy, and by promoting coordination and collaboration in service delivery systems. Through the framework of the Covenant for Children, Youth and Families, CPAC focuses on strength-based approaches to ensure equitable access and eliminate implicit bias. CPAC serves as the State designated Hu

man Services Advisory Council (HSAC) on behalf of Camden County; The Homeless Network Planning Committee (HNPC); the Aging and People Who Are Differently Abled Sub-Committee; the Children’s Inter-Agency Coordinating Council (CIACC); the Management Assistance Program (MAP); AmeriCorps Seniors (Retired Senior Volunteer Program, RSVP - Camden County and Senior Companion Program, SCP - Camden, Gloucester and Burlington Counties), the Camden County Council for Young Children (CCYC) and the Community Leadership Council (CLC). Regionally, CPAC administers the Southern New Jersey Continuum of Care (SNJCoC) for Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Cape May Counties for homeless prevention.

Just dropping a few ways to relieve stress 🙂‍↔️

Whether it’s taking a walk, joining a support group, or simply finding a moment to pause—it’s important to find some type of outlet.

We’re grateful for programs like our RSVP Walking Group and Stress Busters for Dementia Caregivers that create space for wellness and community during Mental Health Awareness Month.

Join our Stress Busters Group every Wednesday at 10am starting May 20. 💙✨
