⚓ WE DON’T JUST SET THE STANDARD, WE LIVE IT! ⚓

During Admin Week, while preparing for the arrival of our next group of students, the Senior Enlisted Academy staff stepped away from the desks and hit the pavement together for the SEA perimeter run.

At the SEA, we challenge our students to lead by example, embrace teamwork, stay ready, and push one another to be better. We believe those expectations should start with us. Leadership isn’t just something we teach in the classroom, it’s something we demonstrate through our actions.

Yesterday’s run was about more than physical readiness. It was about camaraderie, accountability, and practicing what we expect from those we have the privilege to develop.

The classrooms are being prepared. The staff is getting ready. And soon, it will be time to welcome our next group of senior enlisted leaders.

Set the standard. Live the standard. Lead the standard. ⚓💪
