This is the official page of the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) and is to be used for informational purposes only. It is to facilitate the sharing of information of public interest on water, wastewater, and sanitation-related subjects. If you would like to report a situation involving your account, your address, or a dangerous condition (such as
a disconnect, loss of water pressure, missed sanitation pick-up, broken water or sewer main, etc.), during normal business hours (M-F, 8–5) please contact ECUA by visiting ecua.fl.gov, calling Customer Service at 850-476-0480, or emailing at [email protected]. The Emergency After Hours Phone Number is 850-476-5110, and that number may also be used on holidays. Posting a comment on such issues on this social media site will not generate a response or corrective action. Content posted by other users on ECUA’s social media pages does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of ECUA. Links to content on other websites should not be construed as an endorsement of the organizations, entities, views, or content contained therein. ECUA is not responsible for the content of those external websites. ECUA’s official social media accounts are produced, maintained, and monitored by ECUA staff. All users are expected to adhere to site-specific terms of use when posting content to ECUA’s social media page. The purpose of this site is to present matters of public interest involving water, wastewater, and sanitation-related news, conservation information, and events. We encourage you to submit your comments, but please note this is a moderated online discussion site and not a public forum. We expect conversations to follow the conventions of polite discourse.
