Many find the Hillary campaign's shaming of women deeply disturbing, as that campaign continues to lose more and more of the feminist vote on policy. This is deeply disappointing.

We at the UWF College Democrats have to ask that they cut the misogyny and instead try to hold a positive, policy-driven campaign like Bernie Sanders has done. It does not reflect well on Democrats to have one of our two candidates waging their own war on women.

We're better than that.

Is Bernie Sanders the voice we need in Washington D.C. today, and can his candidacy at minimum shape the discussion in a positive way? His booming popularity, despite of course lacking corporate media support, certainly speaks to a growing consciousness in the American public.

This will be a Democratic nomination to watch. That much is guaranteed.
