Members of Local 4131 attended First Responder Night at the Blue Wahoos game this past Saturday. It was a great evening supporting our community, spending time with fellow first responders, and enjoying some baseball.

Thank you to the Blue Wahoos for recognizing the service and dedication of first responders throughout our area!

We miss you Clay! Congratulations Kaden!

We miss you Clay! Congratulations Kaden!

Congratulations to Kaden Roberson, the first official recipient of the Clay Brown Memorial Scholarship. Kaden graduated from The Fire Academy today after completing the program thru George Stone Technical College. We couldn’t be more proud of Kaden & we look forward to seeing him excel in his career as a firefighter! While still in the Academy, Kaden hired on as a firefighter with the City of Milton! We know he will do great things!

We would like to thank all of the donors to the Clay Brown Memorial fund, without your generosity this scholarship would not be possible! Clay would be so proud of this scholarship being awarded in his name. He loved being a firefighter and would have encouraged anyone choosing to walk this path. If you are someone or know of someone interested in pursuing a career as a firefighter, we will be looking for our next recipient soon. Stay tuned…
