When our community comes together, students feel the impact! đź’™

Volunteers from Philoptochos Pensacola rolled up their sleeves yesterday to sort clothing and assemble school supply kits for local students. Their efforts will benefit the student clothing closet at Ensley Elementary and students at West Pensacola Elementary through our Healthy Schools Escambia program.

Thank you to all of our volunteers for putting service into action right here in our community! Together, we’re helping students feel supported, prepared and ready to learn. ✏️❤️

Our Healthy Schools Escambia initiative is already stepping into action! 👟✨

Thanks to a generous donation from OSDIA Buona Fortuna Lodge, Pensacola, Ms. Margaret Thornton with Warrington Emergency Aid Center - WEAC delivered brand-new shoes to students at two of our HSE sites, West Pensacola Elementary and Navy Point Elementary!

Your voice can help shape the future of our community. đź’™

United Way of West Florida is seeking Community Investment Volunteer Reviewers to help evaluate nonprofit grant applications and recommend funding for programs serving Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

No grant experience is required, just a passion for making a difference. Training is provided, and volunteers commit an average of 30 hours over three months.
