🧹 Community Cleanup Day in Peoria Heights! 🧹

The Village of Peoria Heights is hosting a two-day Community Cleanup to help residents dispose of larger items and keep our neighborhoods looking their best.

📅 When: Friday & Saturday, May 1 & 2
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Public Works Garage (3838 N. Boulevard Ave)

Dumpsters will be available on-site both days to make cleanup easy and convenient.

This is a great opportunity to clear out items that don’t qualify for regular curb pickup and help reduce littering in our alleys and community spaces.

⚠️ Please note: Not all items are accepted. The landfill will NOT take:

Tires
Appliances (refrigerators, washers, AC units, etc.)
Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.)
Batteries
Hazardous waste (motor oil, paint, propane tanks, etc.)
Yard waste

✅ Residents may bring one mattress and box spring.

Let’s work together to keep Peoria Heights clean, safe, and a great place to live. Hope to see you there!
