Calling all women in Central Illinois! Join us for Awaken, a women's gathering by Dream Center Peoria. This special event will raise both awareness and support for those impacted by abuse, creating space for hope, restoration, and community. Together, we will lift our voices, open our hearts, and make a lasting difference.

Amy Rachelle King is a television personality, author, and advocate, known for her appearances on 19 Kids and Counting and courageous voice in sharing truth. Join us on June 16th to enjoy food from Grace Catering Company at 6pm and hear more about Amy's story, all happening at Connect Church (1750 Washington Rd Washington, IL).

Join us for a Rethink Poverty Simulation on May 30th from 1-3 to learn the realities of living in poverty. Hosted at Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin, see how you can deepen your understanding of what it means to live in poverty and ignite your desire to be part of the solution.

Mission Peoria Wknds are tailored 3-day mini mission trips designed for smaller groups. These trips will empower participants to step fully into ownership of their service, using their unique gifts and talents in meaningful ways, or discovering and developing new ones along the journey.

Today DCP’s gyms hosted a Rethink Poverty Simulation to learn the realities faced weekly by low-income individuals and families, like the guests we serve. Our volunteers asked hard-hitting questions about children and students living in these environments and reflected on their experiences during the simulation. We are so thankful for opportunities like this to spread awareness and learn more about the issues so many of our guests face on a daily basis.

As we wrap up our 2026 Volunteer Week, we want to recognize all DCP Volunteers! Thank you to all of you that show up and make a difference💛

We were blessed by the incredible staff at Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois who showed up twice this week to serve! Yesterday's group organized our t-shirts and cleaned up our merch room. This helped so much to get us ready for our Serve The City volunteers next weekend!!

This week is National Volunteer Week! Volunteers are an integral part of Dream Center Peoria, helping us impact families living in poverty, starting with kids and youth. Thank you to all those who have served in our building, volunteered with our ministries, or supported DCP over the years. We could not do what we do without each and every one of you!
