Congratulations to CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit - Court Appointed Special Advocates, recipient of the 2026 Jim and Katie Owens Partner Award!

A Heart of Illinois United Way partner agency since 2012, CASA advocates for children involved in the court system due to abuse or neglect, ensuring they have a voice and a dedicated volunteer by their side during difficult times.

Through the work of trained volunteer advocates, strong community partnerships, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families, CASA continues to make a lasting impact across central Illinois.

We are honored to recognize Executive Director Pam Perrilles, the CASA team, and the many volunteers who help create brighter futures for children in our community.
