Attention all Kindergarten and 6th grade families-
🎉 FAMILY INCENTIVE ALERT! 🎉

We’re giving families an extra reason to get those required health records turned in! ❤️💛

All students who have submitted their required physical and immunization (shot) records to the school nurse by Friday, August 28 will have their name entered into a drawing.

🏆 FIVE FAMILIES will be selected to receive a FREE HAWKS T-SHIRT! 🦅👕

Want to be entered? Make sure your student’s physical and immunization records are submitted to the school nurse by Friday, August 28.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Appointment cards are NOT eligible for the drawing. We must receive the actual required physical and immunization records.

📚🍎 AUGUST IS HERE! 🦅✨ It's time to kick off the 2026–2027 school year, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome our students and families back! 💛❤️ Our August calendar is packed with opportunities to connect, get involved, and start the year strong. Be sure to mark your calendars for: 📌 August 5 – PTO Meeting & Potluck (4:00–5:00 PM) 🥎 August 10–11 – Softball Tryouts, Baseball Open Gym ⚾️ August 12th Baseball Tryouts 🙌 August 20 – "Stand Up, Show Up, Be There!" 6th grade AJG families,
We have 66% of our 6th graders that are NOT in compliance for their physical and 6th grade vaccinations. Please help us by getting those scheduled ASAP! You can call the clinic at Trewyn or Manual to get an appointment, if you cannot get into your primary care physician. Thank you for your support in getting this done so students do not have to be excused from school due to lack of compliance!
