In 2019, POF completed the renovation and sale of 5 houses in the East Bluff. We also assisted 11 first time home buyers. POF was the developer of New Hope Apartments, located in the old YWCA building at Jefferson and Fayette. New Hope Apt provides perm

anent supportive housing for 79 formerly homeless individuals. Phoenix CDS is a project partner and provides on-site social services.

Our Story

POF is located in Peoria’s East Bluff neighborhood, where we plan to build 30 units of Quality, affordable housing. In the next 14 months, we’ll build 20 single family homes and 5 duplexes on vacant lots in the neighborhood.

Recently, POF renovated 5 homes in the East Bluff and partnered with PCCEO who built 6 new homes. POF worked with the 11 home buyers, helping them achieve first-time home ownership.

POF was the developer of New Hope Apartments, located in the old YWCA building at Jefferson and Fayette. New Hope Apt provides permanent supportive housing for 84 formerly homeless individuals. Phoenix CDS is a project partner and provides on-site social services.
