Peoria County WIC is the place for questions, answers, concerns, and thoughts about nutrition, resources and breastfeeding for mom, baby, and children age five and under. WIC is a Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. It is a federal assistance program of the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for healthcare and nutritio

n of low-income pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and infants and children under the age of five. We'll try to monitor this site daily, but we are not replacing your medical provider. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
