We would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible Advanced Placement teachers at Peotone High School! Thanks to the dedication and hard work of both our teachers and students, PHS achieved an exceptional AP pass rate this year, an accomplishment that deserves to be celebrated!

A huge shout-out to the Peotone Educational Foundation for providing yard signs to AP students who earned passing scores. We are proud of the hard work and success of our students and teachers, and we hope to carry this energy and momentum into the new school year!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of one of Peotone’s most devoted Blue Devil fans, Mr. Warren Koehn.

For many years, Warren was a beacon of the Peotone Blue Devil family and a familiar, much-loved face at Peotone athletic events. He attended hundreds of football, volleyball, basketball games, and countless other activities, proudly cheering on generations of Blue Devil student-athletes.

Warren’s love for Peotone sports ran deep. For many years, he even had his very own floor sticker in the PHS Gymnasium, a special reminder of his unwavering support for our school, our athletes, and the Blue Devil community he cherished so much.

We are grateful to have shared so many special moments with Warren over the years. Below are a few photos from his visits back to Peotone High School, capturing just a glimpse of the joy and pride he brought with him.

Warren cheered for generations of Blue Devils, and his presence, kindness, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by our entire community. His legacy as the Peotone Super Fan will live on in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Peotone High School Open House is Wednesday, September 2nd at 6:00 pm. We invite all parents and guardians to join us. This is a great opportunity to meet our administration, faculty, and staff, learn more about your student’s classes, and have your questions answered.

We look forward to partnering with you to help make this a successful school year for your student!

6:00–6:20 PM: Welcome & Presentation
Parents and guardians are invited to meet Mr. Boudreau in the Auditorium for a brief presentation.

6:20–7:30 PM: Classroom Open House
Visit each of your student’s classrooms to meet their teachers, learn more about their courses, and get answers to any questions you may have.

The Will County Clerk’s Office is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for Student Election Judges for the November 3, 2026 General Election. This program offers a meaningful and hands-on civic learning experience, giving students the opportunity to actively participate in the democratic process while serving their community.

Student Election Judges play an essential role on Election Day. They work alongside experienced election judges to help check in voters, distribute ballots, and ensure that the voting process runs smoothly, securely, and fairly. Many students describe this experience as both empowering and eye-opening. During the March 17, 2026 General Primary Election we had over 120 students serve as Student Election Judges!

Students must meet the following criteria:

Be a U.S. Citizen
Be a Will County Resident
Be a Junior or Senior High School Student
Have at least a 3.0 GPA
Attend a mandatory training in February – dates found on application form
Complete and email the attached Student Election Judge Form no later than September 25 to [email protected].


Students will be compensated $220 for serving as a Student Election Judge OR they may request Service Hours (17 hours) instead. Students will also be automatically enrolled in our Student Ambassador Program which runs throughout the school year.
