Perham-Dent Public School District is a small K-12 school system which prides itself on an individualized and personalized approach to educating its students. Classes of instruction are relatively small; student support services are strong; and the curriculum programs are diverse. We believe all students can learn and, therefore, they deserve the best quality education we can give them each day in the classroom. We encourage critical thinking and try our best to instill a love of learning. We are confident we can ensure this outcome by building supportive, positive relationships in a culture of academic excellence. All of us - from teachers, custodians, cafeteria workers, administrators, maintenance crew, instructional aides, computer technicians, office personnel and all other staff - are a team focused on supporting the continued academic and personal growth of each student. We need one more very important part in our work and that partner is YOU. The success of our education system depends on our ability to continue building strong partnerships with businesses, families and community members. Working together, all of us have an important role in preparing our students for their future.

• Varsity Boys: 1st with 20 points
• Varsity Girls: 1st with 25 points
• JV Boys: 1st with 17 points
• JV Girls: 1st with 17 points
• Junior High Boys: 1st with 15 points
• Junior High Girls: 1st with 17 points

HAWLEY COURSE RECORDS
- Sophomore Brody Freeland won the varsity boys' race in 16:06.3, breaking the Hawley course record by 3 seconds.
- Eighth grader Adeline Werner won the varsity girls' race in 18:36.7, breaking the girls' course record by 47 seconds.
- Freshman Tilly Mathies, second in 19:19.9, also finished under the previous record.

ALL-CONFERENCE
Boys: Freeland (1st), sophomore Ethan Johnson (2nd), junior Bryce Brown (4th), junior Parker Hendrickx (6th), junior Ben Mathiason (7th), sophomore Zeke Morris (8th) and senior Ethan Haataja (11th).

Girls: Werner (1st), Mathies (2nd), sophomore Rory Kaldor (3rd), senior Renna Kaldor (7th) and senior Haven Fjosne (12th). Sophomore Quinn Hanson (16th) and junior Cam Maki (18th) rounded out Perham's top seven in the varsity race.

Thanks to a new state program, close to half of the proposed voter-approved operating levy would be paid by the State of Minnesota. This funding would allow our district to invest in:
· Classroom education
· Maintaining student programs
· Teacher and staff support

We are committed to protecting what makes Perham-Dent School District special and, if approved, the operating levy would provide stable, long-term support for classroom instruction, student programs and activities, and the day-to-day operations that keep Perham-Dent Schools strong.
