Help bring more funding to our community, scan the QR code and take a quick survey.
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Office of Environmental Health and Engineering provides funding to support water, wastewater, and solid waste services for Native American homes in Oklahoma. Funding is distributed based, in part, on the number of Native American-owned homes served by local utilities.
Our utility is planning improvements to our water and sanitation systems, and we need your help. We are asking one simple, voluntary question to help identify homes that may qualify for this funding.
Your response could help bring additional funding to our community and support future infrastructure improvements.
Scan the QR code and complete the quick survey today.
Not a fan of QR codes? You can click this link Home Survey which is found on our website or Call us at 405-547-2445, and we'll enter your response for you. Your feedback matters, and every response can make a difference!

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Office of Environmental Health and Engineering, provides funding to support water, wastewater, and solid waste services for Native American homes in Oklahoma. This funding is shared with utilities based on the number of Native American owned homes they serve.
The Utility is proposing improvements to its water and sanitation systems to better serve customers. As part of this effort, we are asking a simple, voluntary question to help us understand who may qualify for this funding.
Your response may help bring additional funding to this project. We appreciate your time and assistance.
