A New Step Forward for California Disabled Veterans

Veterans Services of Riverside County is proud to share that California Senate Bill 296 (SB 296) has been signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, expanding California’s property tax exemption for qualifying disabled veterans and their families.

This is an important development for eligible veterans and their families, and we want to make sure our veteran community has access to accurate information about the new law.

You may qualify for additional VA benefits depending on your service-connected conditions and circumstances.

The celebration will include a special ceremony, live music, BBQ, and an opportunity for our community to come together in appreciation of our local veterans. 🇺🇸

I served on board and I knew him. just got back from my deployment in cambodia he deployed to the last operation in vietnam & cambodia operation frequent wind!!

Registration is now open for the 2026 Ruck Challenge! RCP's Veterans Court partner, the Reaching New Heights Foundation, will host its 10th Annual Ruck Challenge on Saturday, October 17, 2026 in Norco. This is a fun and challenging opportunity to raise funds that support local Veterans while challenging yourself and building community. Veterans, community members, first responders, friends, and coworkers...now's your chance to support a great cause. Everyone is welcome to participate, and we invite you to join us.
