🚨 Stafford & Nelissen: Cowards at PUHSD! 🚨

Anthony Stafford and David Nelissen have proven themselves to be cowards, sitting on the PUHSD board and doing nothing while our schools, students, and staff suffer. Instead of standing up for what’s right, they’ve chosen to be silent pawns for Steve Campos and Edward Garcia’s corrupt agenda, all while serving special interests instead of the community they’re supposed to represent.

They know what’s right, but their cowardice has allowed corruption to thrive. Here’s where they’ve failed us:

❗ Refusing to Save DEI
While our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) department is under attack, Stafford and Nelissen have stood by and watched it collapse. They refuse to fight for DEI, ignoring its vital role in ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for ALL students. They’ve chosen to follow the orders of special interests and their political allies instead of fighting for what’s best for our community.

❗ Allowing Bad Hires
Despite knowing these hires are unqualified and rooted in cronyism, Stafford and Nelissen have let Campos and Garcia fill important positions with personal allies. Instead of stopping these corrupt practices, they’ve done nothing, proving their loyalty lies with those pulling the strings—not with our students, teachers, or staff.

❗ Failing to Balance the Budget
The financial health of our district is being wrecked by poor spending decisions and budget mismanagement. Yet, Stafford and Nelissen have failed to take any meaningful steps to fix it. They’re too afraid to stand up to special interests and self-serving board members like Campos and Garcia, allowing reckless spending to continue.

❗ Cowardice in the Face of Corruption
Stafford and Nelissen know exactly how corrupt and broken the current system is, yet they refuse to take a stand. Their silence is part of the problem. They are unwilling to challenge Steve Campos and Edward Garcia, even though they know it's is the right thing to do. This kind of cowardice is unacceptable.

❗️They have become nothing but useless placeholders on the board who are spineless and care more of their own survival and interest than doing what is right.

🚨 The Truth is Unfolding: Corruption, Cronyism, and Mismanagement in Our School District 🚨

What we’ve uncovered is just the beginning. Steve Campos, Edward Garcia, and their allies have shown they care more about lining their pockets and pushing their personal agendas than they do about our students, teachers, and staff.

At every step of the way, Elizabeth Vallejo has been the ONLY board member fighting for the well-being of our students, staff, and teachers.

Let’s break down the facts:

🔴 Nepotism and Cronyism
Steve Campos and Edward Garcia, along with their allies, have hired friends and campaign allies to key district positions, including Alfredo Andrade, who they voted to hire as Human Resources Director—despite serious concerns about his qualifications. Andrade is the same person they paid thousands in consulting fees as their campaign treasurer. This is a blatant conflict of interest and shows that their decisions are driven by personal connections, not the needs of our schools.

🔴 Misuse of Campaign Funds
All board members, except for Elizabeth Vallejo and David Nelissen, received $10,000 from the Perris Secondary Educators Association (PSEA), led by Jason Miller. Jaime Anaya, a 2024 candidate, also received the same amount and even hired the SAME treasurer as Edward Garcia and Anthony Stafford—both of whom have taken money from the PSEA without clear transparency about where these funds have gone.

🔴 Hurting the District with Incompetence
Through their votes, Steve Campos and Edward Garcia have actively hurt our district. Whether it’s voting for unqualified candidates or refusing to enact policies that protect the needs of our students and staff, their lack of action, combined with incompetence, has weakened our schools. Their choices have pushed our district further into dysfunction, leaving students and teachers without the support they deserve.

🔴 Bias and Special Interests
These board members are deeply connected to special interests that have no place in our education system. Steve Campos has donated money to political causes while while PSEA president Jason Miller is increasing membership dues by 50% for all PSEA members, ignoring the impact it has on our community. They are mixing politics and personal gain with their responsibilities to our schools.

📢 CALL TO ACTION: Join us in our fight to RECALL Steve Campos and Edward Garcia. Their corruption, bias, and negligence have gone unchecked for too long. If you’ve experienced or witnessed similar injustices, share your stories with us—openly or anonymously. We are building a case to ensure these individuals are removed and our district can finally move forward with real leadership.

Our students, teachers, and community deserve better. It’s time to take action.

🚫 VOTE NO on Jamie Anaya for PUHSD! 🚫

Jamie Anaya represents the same troubling pattern of special interests and corruption that we’ve seen from Steve Campos and Edward Garcia. She’s funded by the same groups, with $10,000 from the PSEA and the wife of the SAME treasurer as Garcia and Stafford (Alfredo & Daniela Andrade). If elected, she will continue their damaging agenda, one that has hurt our schools, our students, and our teachers.

Here’s why we must vote NO:

🔴 Say NO to Special Interests
Anaya’s campaign is funded by the same forces that prioritize politics over education. We need leaders who are committed to serving the students, staff, and teachers—not outside influences that don’t have our district’s best interests at heart.

🔴 We Need DEI Back
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have been pushed aside under current leadership. It’s time to restore DEI in our schools to create a learning environment where ALL students can thrive. Anaya’s ties to Campos and Garcia signal a continuation of ignoring these important values.

🔴 We Must Fund Special Education
Our special education programs are underfunded and our students are suffering. Jamie Anaya, with her political connections, won’t address this critical issue. We need leadership that will prioritize these students and make sure they get the support they need.

🔴 Balance the Budget, Not Play Politics
Our district’s financial situation is dire. Mismanagement, lack of transparency, and political favoritism have led us to this point. Voting for Jamie Anaya means voting for more of the same. We need someone who can fix the budget without being swayed by political ties.

Let’s make sure we put education over politics. It’s time to end this cycle of cronyism, corruption, and self-serving agendas. Vote NO on Jamie Anaya!

📢 CALL TO ACTION: Share this post and let’s spread the word. Together, we can ensure that our schools are run with integrity, not special interests.
