We are a state-wide organization with several districts throughout the State of Kansas. Kansas residency is not required to be a member nor is ownership of a motorcycle - just the desire to maintain our rights as well as help others. is NOT a motorcycle club and we are NOT against helmets; in fact, many of our members use helmets. However, we ARE against the forced-use helmet laws by uninformed politicians. Please consider joining and supporting ABATE of Kansas.
