New Business:
Tables/Shelves for book room at armory: Freda moved to purchase tables and shelves at OSU College Auction. Doc second, all voted yes. Motion passed.
Summer Reading Program: Gift Expense Doc moved to approve expense of $25.00, Sherry seconded, all voted yes. Motion passed.
FOL Flyers: Corrections made to flyers.
Spring Fest April 27, 2013: Booth or Walk A Round/Flyer Hand Outs. All voted Walk A Round
Treas. Mary Stafford was nominated for position. Assignment pending her acceptance.
Old Business:
Room was obtained at the Armory for the FOL. Members are to meet at Armory at 3:00pm to setup for BookSale/BakeSale.
BookSale/BakeSale: It was suggested to ask for bookshelf donations (either shelves or someone to make them and/or donate them. Scan Flyers in for sites.
BookMark Competition: Judging to be held by Members at Member BookSale Preview on Monday April 15, 2013. Members to vote between 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Sherry to ask local businesses for gift cards, gifts DONATIONS for prizes for the winning entrants in the Book Mark Contest: Bowling Alley, McDonald, Subway, Pizza Hut, Simple Simon's, Perry Outdoor Sports, Foster's Pharmacy, La Macarana, Sooner's Corner, Hebrew's, D&H Trading Post, Kumback, Panda Buffet,
T-Shirts: Sherry to design with custom ink to get price estimate
