This is our current list of parcels to be auctioned off to the highest bidder on June 8. I still expect many to be removed from the list before then. Let us know if you have any questions. The bidding starts at the total due OR 2/3 assessed value + fees, whichever is less. You can see those figures below as well.

If you would like to sign up for emailed or text 2026 tax statements, email us at [email protected] and include your Owner ID and cell number. The owner ID can be found just above your name and address on your statement. I have been working on this database today and have already signed up so many taxpayers! If you sent us a request for this in November or December, I have you signed up!

Today is the last day to pay your 2025 property taxes in full without penalty. Tomorrow, January 16, statutory penalty of 1.5% will apply to your payment.

Have you paid your property taxes yet? Come into the office today or tomorrow, as well as Monday thru Wednesday next week!

The Noble County Courthouse will be closed December 24-26. Next week we will be closed January 1-2.

You may pay half or all of your property taxes by December 31st. You may pay online, mail a check in, or drop your payment in our exterior drop box in the drive while the Courthouse is closed.

Payments made after December 31st are considered delinquent and will be assessed a late penalty on January 16th. Per Oklahoma statute, half payments cannot be accepted after December 31st.

The 2025 tax roll is now live on our website. You can now pay online.

Remember: The due date is December 31st. You can pay half or full payment by that time to be current on your taxes. Any payment after that is delinquent.
