What a great election in Perrysburg. I would personally like to thank all of those that were involved in my efforts to win a seat on Perrysburg City Council.

First and foremost, I would like to thank my wife, Mary, for doing without my contributions around the house for the last 78 days so that I could focus on my campaign. Mary also stepped outside her comfort zone to play a significant role in the final days. Her support has always been unconditional.

My daughter Katie also spent a significant amount of time at home and while away at college as our graphic designer. We received numerous compliments regarding her designs of our palm cards, our mailers and the web site. Thanks for your patience Katie.

Matthew Bartow was our campaign manager and architect. His experience and insights proved to be right on the money. His absolute dedication to the cause was never in doubt. I could never have succeeded without him.

Aram and Sherina Ohanian have been with me throughout the entire campaign. I have no doubt that I have benefited simply from my mere association with the them. Their compassion and integrity is truly inspiring. We have become true friends. Sherina, I can't begin to thank you for all of the time you have put in to the campaign.

For all of those that had volunteered, I am dazed, amazed and full of praise. There were so many of you in the final days; I have been humbled. I hesitate to name everyone for fear that I leave someone out. However, my brother Tom, once again, found time to help me out notwithstanding his very busy professional and personal life.

If more men looked to people like Tom and Aram as examples of how to look out for others, there would be far less problems in the world today.

Thank you everyone!
