BREAKING: Democratic star Congressman James Talarico rakes in a staggering $6.8 million in Fourth Quarter fundraising for his Texas Senate race — all without taking a single penny from corporate PACs.

And it gets so much better...

Talarico, an incredibly gifted speaker and devout Christian running for Republican John Cornyn's seat, has pulled in over $13 million since launching his campaign in September. That impressive sum was accumulated from contributions by over 215,000 individual donors.

Talarico's decision to eschew corporate PACs provides a powerful example for other candidates. If we're ever going to fix the deep, corrupt rot at the heart of our nation's political system, it starts by pushing the corporations out of our elections.

“With the help of more than 215,000 neighbors, we are building a campaign to win the primary, win the general, and deliver for working people across Texas,” Talarico stated.

Talarico is going up against Representative Jasmine Crockett, another incredibly gifted Democrat, and Texas would be well served by electing either of them.

Senator Cornyn is facing primary challengers within his own party, including a bid from the absurdly corrupt Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. If a Republican wins this election it will be more of the same: handouts to corporations, worsening living standards for working Americans, and pathetic groveling at the feet of Donald Trump.
