This week, Warren/Morris Child Care staff participated in their annual training to prepare for the upcoming school year.

This training is all about making sure their staff are ready and confident for another great year!

From teamwork to problem solving their staff showed that learning can be fun, engaging, and even a little competitive.

They are proud of the dedication brings to creating safe, supportive, and enriching before and after care programs for the children and families we serve.

They are ready for another amazing school year!

🌱🚜 We had an incredible visit to Fairgrown Farm and left feeling even more inspired about the power of local agriculture and community partnerships!

A special thank you to James Klett and the entire Fairgrown Farm team for welcoming us, giving us a tour, and sharing the amazing work they’re doing to strengthen New Jersey’s local food system. We had a fantastic time!

We were also grateful to spend the day with representatives from the New Jersey Office of the Food Security Advocate (OFSA) and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) whose commitment to improving food security continues to make a real difference across our state.

Thanks to our FEED NJ grant through the NJEDA Unity Square Community Center will soon begin purchasing fresh, locally grown produce from Fairgrown farm. This funding allows us to provide healthier, locally sourced food to our community while supporting New Jersey farmers and strengthening our local food economy.

We’re incredibly thankful for this opportunity and excited to bring even more fresh, nutritious produce to the families we serve.

Somerset County and the Somerset Patriots are hosting a free Back to School Resource Event at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater today Saturday, August 8, from 10 am to 1 pm. No ticket is required. Come out!

Families can pick up free school supplies and backpacks while supplies last, get a free box of food, and connect with more than 20 local agencies offering help with healthcare, childcare costs, financial assistance, and other support services.

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen has representation from Esther Iannetta, Mental Health Navigator and Karla Correa-Perez, Parent Aide from the Exchange Parent Aide Program. Agency resource information and giveaways for the families in our community are available.

What a day for the CCDOM Hackettstown Campers!

They received a visit from Doc Rocko Shocko’s Madcap Science Show from Curriers Magical Mania!

Doc Rocko Shocko amazed the campers with an awesome show!
