The Community Wellness and Financial Center of PRAHD, in partnership with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, had the pleasure of serving seniors at the Sayreville Housing Authority during a special community outreach event.
Thanks to the generous support of Horizon BCBSNJ, fresh produce was distributed to residents, while CWFC provided additional food items to help support healthy meals and food security. Together, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our senior community through meaningful partnerships and compassionate service.

PRAHD’s seniors enjoyed a wonderful day at Warren Park! 🌳☀️ They shared a delicious barbecue with a great variety of meats and different dishes. A special thank you to Chef Bolín, Don Guille, and everyone who helped make this gathering so special. Everything was delicious, and it was a beautiful day filled with good food, joy, and community!

Families with a dependent child age 5 or younger may qualify for this refundable tax credit, even if they do not typically file a tax return.
