Miami County Eda The Miami County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) is the primary economic and community development organization for Miami County, Indiana.

Miami County consists of several small communities and the county seat of Peru, Indiana. MCEDA is a unique partnership of private enterprise and government working as one for the prosperity of North Central Indiana. Our purpose is to coordinate local efforts to attract jobs and new business investment, provide assistance to existing businesses to foster growth and retention, and assist in efforts to sustain and improve the quality of life for Miami County citizens.

Mark your calendars for Miami County Community Ag Day Friday September 6th from 5-8 p.m. at the Miami County 4-H Fairgrounds

Please join us for an evening filled with education entertainment & family fun!

A farmer's cost share meal sponsored by Miami- Cass REMC will be available for $2 and will offer a pork burger, hamburger or hot dog, chips applesauce and bottled water.

Come check out Miami County's Farmer's Market which will be moving from its original location on the Firehouse lawn to come join in the festivities with some great fresh produce as well a a variety of other items for sale

There will be numerous exhibits, door prizes and grand prize drawings.

Magician Jim Barron will be the featured entertainment sponsored by Miami County Farm Bureau and will take place in the Community Building at 6:45 p.m.

This event is being hosted by Miami County Economic Development Authority, Purdue University Cooperative Service of Miami County, and Miami County Soil and Water Conservation District

MCEDA just got back from an awesome air refueling mission with Grissom's 434th! It was a great opportunity for the North Central Indiana Economic Development Partnership to network with corporate real estate execs, site selection consultants, and utility partners. We'd like to thank all who made this possible and everyone who took the time to participate! What a once in a lifetime experience!
