The Local 383 union is a non-for-profit organization that helps people in Peru, In and surrounding areas from donations.

We have fund raisers through the year to help with different events.

2026 Blake Touloukian Memorial Scholarship Golf Outing at Peru Municipal Golf Course

This past Sunday 8/16 we were able to sneak in a round of golf and raise some money! Thanks again to everyone who participated and for everyone who donated their time, money & energy. This fundraiser holds a special place in our hearts as it is named after one of our own, Blake Touloukian, who passed away in 2007. The money raised for this event goes to fund Scholarships annually in his honor and we really appreciate all who help us make it what it is.

The Golf Outing at Peru Municipal Golf Course today is still ON! Due to the rain this week we will be "cart path only". If youre playing, we'll see you at the course for our sh***un start at 10 am!

Due to an overwhelming interest from everyone in playing in our outing, we have had to cap team entries. We are completly FULL and are not able to accept any more teams for our outing on Sunday 8/16 at Peru Municipal Golf Course. While this is a great thing for the outing and our mission to raise money for scholarships, we understand that some people are disappointed they couldn't play this year. We appreciate the support and hope anyone who missed out this year will try to get in early next year!
