🥇 🐓 “A well respected food editor said that the chicken sandwich was the best she ever had. We concur. 👍🏻 Both the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Firehouse Special Fried Chicken Sandwich were total perfection. 10/10 no notes. 🤤 The Furikake Fingerling Potatoes were also unique and delicious. But, we honestly didn’t need a side and I only ate 1/2 my sandwich and had the other 1/2 for dinner, they are BIG. This chef knows what’s up and I like that he has the Slow Food Snail of Approval, which recognizes local, good, clean, sustainable food businesses (which is why they are expensive). You can taste the high quality ingredients. 🧑‍🍳 💋
