CVTC - Community Volunteer Transportation Company Volunteer Driver Program coordinating transportation options for residents of the Monadnock Region Volunteer Drivers are needed in all service area towns.

CVTC's Volunteer Drivers provide "no fee" transportation for people who do not have access to transportation because of age, ability, economic situation or other limiting circumstances. Trip purposes include non-emergency medical and social service appointments, as well as trips to the bank, grocery store, food pantry, farmers market, and pharmacy. CVTC serves the residents of 34 towns in the East

Thank you to the Keene Senior Center and HSC for setting up the 50 & Better Expo today. I spoke to a number of area residents about what CVTC does and even several people interested in become a Volunteer Driver.

The Hannafords Community Bag Program is partnering with CVTC in April. Each reusable bag purchase during April Hannafords will donate $1 to CVTC. The Hannafords at 752 Route 202 in Rindge is the location to support CVTC.
