Good morning everyone. There will be some minor road closures today to accommodate the Book fair on the square. About noon 7th street between Sheridan and Douglas and also Douglas from 7th to the alley will be closed. After the event has concluded and the vendors have left, the roads will be opened up.

Good morning. Just a reminder that school is back in session this Wednesday, Aug 12th. Additional reminder for the elementary school. Only school busses are allowed on Monroe between 11th and 13th starting at 745 and going to roughly 830. Parent drop off is on Madison not Monroe let's all be careful and have a safe school year.

Tonight is concert night at the Menard County Fair We are expecting a lot of traffic on 97 and fairgrounds rd tonight. Be patient and give yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Good morning. In front of Moonbeams & Magpies - The Mercantile , there are a few traffic cones blocking some parking spaces. That is to make sure that The Corner cup has space to set up their ice cream truck in front of that store. They have an event there today, but there are no road closures. Have a great weekend.

Just a reminder of road closures for the circus days event that kicks off tonight(6/19) You will also notice that some parking spots have been blocked off for small bleachers to be brought in. Please dont move our cones, we'd hate to have to move your car.

Good morning everyone. At 10am the drinking with lincoln 5k kicks off. View the attached race map so you can plan your route accordingly. During the race, the route will be closed for the safety of the runners on the course. We anticipate the route to be open by no later than noon. We appreciate your patience.
