With profound sadness, Upper Township Rescue Squad extends its deepest condolences to the Ocean City Fire Department—and above all, to the Po***ck family—on the loss of Firefighter Ken Po***ck.

Please hold the Po***ck family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.

Rest easy, Kenny.

✝️HONORING THE LIFE OF FIREFIGHTER KENNETH “KENNY” POLLOCK✝️

💜The hearts of the New Jersey Firefighters PFANJ are incredibly heavy as we stand in solidarity with the Ocean City Firefighters Association , the Ocean City Fire Department, and the family of Firefighter Kenneth “Kenny” Po***ck, who has answered his final alarm following a valiant fight against cancer.

🥒For 19 years, Kenny, known affectionately as "Pickles" by his crew, was the absolute soul of his station. He was the man at the stove, drawing everyone to the kitchen table with either his great food or a contagious laugh that could brighten the darkest of shifts. He was also the heart of his station with the passion, grit, and determination he brought to the job. Kenny tackled his illness with the exact same mindset that defined his career.

👧Yet, beyond the uniform, the dedication to the Ocean City Fire Department, and the endless jokes, his proudest achievement and greatest love was being a devoted father to his daughter, Jordyn. Please join us in keeping Jordyn, the entire Po***ck family, and our International Association of Fire Fighters brothers and sisters of Local 4032 in your hearts as they navigate this immense loss.

SQUAD 21 YOUTH CAMP – DAY 2! 🚑🌳🦒

Day 2 was packed with learning, adventure, and teamwork!

The morning kicked off with an important hands-on session on bleeding control, where campers learned lifesaving skills that can make a real difference in an emergency.

After training, the group headed to the Cape May County Zoo for an exciting afternoon! Campers challenged themselves on the Tree to Tree Adventure Course, soaring through the trees on ziplines while building confidence and encouraging one another. They also explored the zoo during a fun scavenger hunt, discovering amazing animals and working together to complete the challenge.

A big thank you to Wawa for providing lunch and helping keep our campers fueled for a full day of activities!

Another incredible day of learning, leadership, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to see what Day 3 has in store!
