Many people see our EMS Supervisor vehicle on the road and wonder what role it plays in our emergency response system. Chase 7 is much more than a vehicle, it is a vital resource that helps strengthen rural EMS throughout Grant County.
Operated by the on-duty EMS Supervisor, who is also a Paramedic, Chase 7 responds to emergency scenes to provide advanced patient assessment, clinical oversight, resource coordination, and support for our ambulance crews. In a rural county where help can be miles away, having an experienced paramedic supervisor available can make a significant difference.
Chase 7 assists with:
✅ Advanced patient care and assessment
✅ Scene safety and incident management
✅ Coordination of additional resources and mutual aid
✅ Communications between crews, hospitals, and dispatch
✅ Delivery of critical equipment and supplies
✅ Community events, education, and public safety initiatives
In rural EMS, every resource matters. Chase 7 serves as a force multiplier, helping ensure our crews have the support they need to provide the highest level of care possible to the citizens and visitors of Grant County.
