We are looking for a dependable Part Time Property Maintenance Worker that can complete various maintenance tasks on our property. Role is part time at 20 hours per week. Pay contingent on experience. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Moderate Carpentry Work - sanding, scraping, and painting.
Cleaning - interior/exterior to include windows, roof, and gutters.
Landscape - pulling weeds, putting down grass seed, mulching, snow removal, and pond maintenance.
Qualified Candidates should be able to:
Have reliable transportation.
Lift at least 50 lbs.
Have their own tools and demonstrate proficient skills.
