Caterpillars are the engine of food webs. They feed birds, support pollinators, and keep ecosystems thriving. Homegrown National Park is proud to be the official U.S. partner for “The Extraordinary Caterpillar,” a new documentary by Jeff McKay. The film features the group’s co-founder, Dr. Doug Tallamy, and shines a spotlight on the critical—but often overlooked—role caterpillars play in biodiversity. Hosted by the local chapter of Wild Ones Natural Landscapers in partnership with the Library, join us on Friday, June 26 in the upper level of the Carnegie Building at 6:30pm for a screening of the film intended to raise awareness and inspire people to restore caterpillar populations by adding more native plants in their own backyards.

NOTICE OF DATE CHANGE -----
This month's Apple Users Group will NOT take place on Wednesday, June 17, as previously advertised. Instead, the program will be held on MONDAY, JUNE 15, in the classroom from 5-6pm.

The Apple Users Group typically meets on the third Wednesday of the month. The public is always welcome to join other Apple product users to share and learn from each other in a friendly environment. We discuss peripherals, software, features, and how to use them properly. Mary Jean Meyerson, instructor and Apple enthusiast, leads the group on various topics and is available for most questions during the hour-long meeting or as time permits.

If you cannot make it to tomorrow's program, the Apple Users Group will meet again on Wednesday, July 15, from 5-6pm.
