Brother Dan's Food Pantry Brother Dan's Food Pantry - Serving the Petoskey Community Francis Xavier Church. Brother Dan's Food Pantry is totally dependent on donations and fund raising.

Opened in October of 2003 to help serve the needs of the Petoskey community, the pantry is a tribute to Brother Dan Badsing who gave food to anyone that came to the priest's and brother's home at St. The pantry is 100% staffed by volunteers from the community and serves an average of 148 families (500 people) every two weeks. PLEASE - help us support the community by donating time, food or financial assistance.

Brother Dan’s Food Pantry volunteers joined in the fun at the car show on Sunday at the Emmet County Fairgrounds where they operated the concession stand. Hot dogs and brats along with many other goodies were enjoyed by many. Thank you to all who purchased food and drinks. Your generosity makes it possible to help those in need in our community.

Looking for something fun to do today. Stop  by the Emmet County Fairground’s and browse through the summer craft show. All food items will be donated to.Brother Dan’s Food Pantry as well as all that is sold at the concession prepared by the Pantry volunteers  Hope to see you there.

Brother Dan’s Food Pantry is open every Tuesday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. We have a wonderful variety of fresh produce every week along with many other food items. We also provide a takeout lunch of hot soup, a sandwich and many other treats. You are welcome to visit the Pantry every Tuesday.
