For healthy cats, dogs, and ferrets 12 weeks and older.

Pre-registering makes check-in faster. Pets are vaccinated in the order they arrive, so please be prepared to wait. For your safety and your pet's, do not arrive before 8:45 AM.

Bring proof of prior rabies vaccination to receive a 3-year certificate. Without proof, a 1-year certificate will be issued.

Dogs must be on sturdy, non-retractable leashes. Cats must be in secure carriers, one cat per carrier. Please limit to four animals per handler.

Clinics are free of charge. Donations are welcome and appreciated.

As of August 3rd, hunting and trapping licenses and Deer Management Permits (DMPs) for the 2026-2027 season are now on sale at the Phelps Town Clerk’s office and are available during our regular office hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
