Phelps Public Library We are all about connecting people, information and ideas to inspire and enrich lives. Serving Phelps, Wisconsin and surrounding area since the 1930's.

Our library is a member of the Northern Waters Library Service. The Phelps Public Library serves as an information center:to improve and enrich the lives of our users through education and recreation. The Library values the citizens of Phelps and surrounding communities and responds to their needs by providing well-organized and up-to-date collections, friendly professional service and well-trained staff who are committed to the Library vision.
