Philadelphia Utility employees will be working throughout most of the night to restore power across the City of Philadelphia following severe weather conditions. We currently have multiple power poles down, along with numerous trees affecting service.
We ask for your patience and prayers as our crews work safely and as quickly as possible to restore power to all affected customers. Call 601-656-1601 to report an outage.

Utility crews are actively repairing a burst water main on Blount Street while additional electric department crews remain in Water Valley assisting with ice storm recovery.

These operations require precision, efficiency, and on-site decision-making in cold and hazardous conditions to restore and maintain essential services. These crews often work long hours to keep our communities running. We appreciate the professionalism and dedication of our utility workers and ask the public to keep them in their prayers for safety.
