We’re officially Moving People Forward!

Center for Hope is proud to announce the official launch of our Moving People Forward campaign.

Moving People Forward represents our commitment to helping individuals experiencing homelessness move beyond immediate crisis and toward greater stability, opportunity, and independence.

Through our programs and services, we work alongside residents to address barriers, build skills, connect to opportunities, and create a foundation for the future.

But meaningful change takes a community.

This campaign is an invitation to our supporters, partners, businesses, volunteers, donors, and neighbors to be part of that change. Your support can help create opportunities that allow the people we serve to take their next step forward.

Over the coming months, we’ll be highlighting the programs, initiatives, partnerships, and people behind this work—and showing you what it truly means to Move People Forward.

At Center for Hope, our Case Managers walk alongside residents throughout their journey and give residents personalized support as they set goals, overcome challenges, and prepare for their next steps.

From the first conversation to the next chapter, our Case Management Department is always ready to help residents navigate the road ahead.

Who said there’s nothing to celebrate in August?

Today, we celebrate National Nonprofit Day to honor the people, partnerships, and supporters who make our work possible.

Every day we are given the opportunity to help our residents access stability, resources, and most importantly, a chance to keep moving forward.

Thank you to all of ours partners and volunteers and a special shoutout to every nonprofit who stays committed to the mission.

This summer, we had the privilege of working alongside Lamaj and Kae, an outstanding group of interns whose dedication and willingness to serve made a lasting impact throughout Center For Hope. 

For the last 6 weeks, both showed up with purpose and embraced every learning opportunity. Whether it was supporting our daily operations or creating content for our social media pages, their efforts have helped our residents and staff reach great success this summer, and we are excited to see all that you accomplish in the future. 

To our partners at Launchpad Philadelphia , thank you for supporting our mission and investing in the next generation of leaders. We are truly grateful and look forward to more learning and service opportunities next summer!

We wanted to give a special shoutout to our intern Keith (left from center) for completing his Case Management internship with us past Thursday.

For 8 months, Keith gained valuable experience in the field of Case Management and remained committed in helping Center For Hope grow through his unwavering support for our residents and staff. We are beyond grateful for the time, effort and care he brought to the team.

Keith, you are now a part of Center for Hope family. And we can’t wait to see what happens in your next chapter!

Last week, we hosted an event that was perfect to kick back, enjoy a good meal, and make the most of the summer. So of course… we had to bring it back for Part 2! 😎🔥
We kept the cookout memories going this week with our Tioga residents getting a chance to enjoy their own cookout with lots more delicious food, great energy, and plenty of good moments. 🍔🌭☀️
