🐢 PRICED OUT AND LOCKED OUT: CRAIG STAATS SIDES WITH BIG LANDLORDS OVER WORKING FAMILIES.

Craig Staats has been in Harrisburg since 2013. During that time, local families have been hit with relentless rent increases.
While housing costs reach record highs across Bucks County, Craig Staats has consistently blocked basic tenant protections:

🚫 Opposed Statewide Rent Stabilization — Stopping local towns from protecting renters against extreme rent hikes.
🚫 Blocked Affordable Housing Quotas — Refusing to require developers to build homes regular working people can actually afford.

When hard-working Pennsylvanians get priced out of their own communities, Craig Staats strips local leaders of the power to help them.

That’s not standing up for neighbors.

That’s turning a back on working families.

🐢 DON’T GET STUCK WITH STAATS

Craig Staats has been in Harrisburg since 2013.

During that time, one thing has steadily gone up:

💰 His paycheck.

But one thing has stayed stuck:

🐢 Pennsylvania’s minimum wage — $7.25 an hour since 2009.

While working families have watched the cost of groceries, housing, and everything else climb, the minimum wage has been left behind.

Craig Staats has received many cost of living pay raises while Pennsylvania’s lowest-paid workers are still waiting for their first raise in more than a decade.

That’s not progress.

That’s being stuck.

🐢 Don’t get stuck with Staats. Pennsylvania deserves leaders who will do what’s right for working people.
