Philadelphia Corporation for Aging sponsors events for older adults throughout the year inside their senior centers, but in this week's Art of Aging, we'll show you what happens when they team up with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation for a day of fun outside.

If your property assessment has increased significantly over the last five years, you may qualify for the Longtime Owner Occupants Program (LOOP). LOOP keeps your property taxes the same even if your home's assessment rises. It may not save much immediately, but caps future increases. The 2027 application runs October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027.
